When I attempt to download install file, which is listed on the list of available files list on the envato site,, it does not download. I am able to download the "complete package" and other Kalium files, these succeed but do not include an install file. In addition, I would like to know the complete name of the install file. I have sent a support request to envato but have not yet been assisted.
Please read this article: Installing Kalium via WordPress. There we have explained wich files you need to add on your WordPress so you can install a theme
Finally succeeded in installing the child theme, which then required installing the complete package. There had been some weirdness, as with my previous attempts to upload the .zip file, which just did not appear in the WordPress select theme window. That prompted me to search for an "install" version of the file, which does not exist labeled as such I was able to install the "complete package". Then I got the "missing .css" message, but that disappeared after a minute or so. It seemed that my machine was just taking its time to process the install, but it finally worked out.
