I understand that this ia a work-around; however, this is not what I would like to happen. What I would like to happen is for the font to be able to get deselected so that the theme font gets used automatically.
What you suggest is to go and manually add the font, meaning that, if I ever were to change fonts , I would have to go and manually reset all elements.
Thanks for your explanation. I'm not sure if the Slider Revolution allows an option like that. But maybe you can ask them directly and see if there is an option that does this.

How can one deselect the font of a text element so that it uses the theme font?
If no font is selected, the theme font gets used (which is the desired effect). If, however, a font has been selected, I am unable to deselect it.

Hi sociality,
Please see this video that I prepared for you (https://d.pr/v/BaBSzG).
The same is explained in this article too, read Add Custom Font to Slider Revolution Global Settings area.
Have a nice day!

First of all, thank you very much for the video.

Hello Ylli,
thank you for your e-mail.
Sure, we can contact them directly; however, I'm under the impression that they don't offer support for the plugin when it's been bundled in a theme.
Can you please confirm that we can seek support from them and how to go about it? Do we use the purchase code from your theme?
Thank you very much,
Sociality
Hi Sociality,
Yes, you are right. To be able to ask questions you must be a verified buyer.
Thanks for your understanding.
Hi Ylli,
So, what you suggested (us asking Revolution slider directly) is not possible , correct?

Sociality
Hi Sociality,
I think that you can ask them, but is up to their support f they reply to your question or tell you that you need to purchase their plugin first.
Thanks for your understanding.
Hi Ylli,
We will do that, then, and get back to you.
Regards,
Sociality
