    Hi!

I have a draft page with 3 columns; in each one I want to have a RevSlider that resizes depending on the size of the screen.

The page looks fine on desktop, but not on the tablet, where the sliders look cropped.

The slider is set to Auto, and it is supposed to resize, but it doesn't... I know this is a third-party plugin, and I don't know if you can help me...

    Thanks in advance and best,
    Sira

    Hi Sira,

As you mentioned even though the plugin support is out of the support scope, I have tried so many times to find where the problem could be with the slider but I was without luck. Lastly I created a blank new slider with a simple image to see if the same problem happens but as you can see in the same page the slider I have created does not have the same problem.

I suggest you open the two slider settings and match the settings of both of them so your slider does not get cropped.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi, Art: (FYI)

You have the image as background, and it is scaled correctly, but my images are layers.... and they don't work correctly, that's the difference, and as I have to animate the layers, putting everything as a background image does not work for me...

    Hi Sira,

I am really sorry but I could not find what the issue was even though it is out of the support scope, I wanted to find if there was a fix that I could do but I couldn't fix it.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
