I'd like to place a "Send Enquiry" button on each of my portfolio items.
On click I'd like to have the contact form to either fill the subject with the name of the portfolio item, or send me the url of the item where to enquiry was coming from. So I know which item they are interested. The best would be the subject field automatically filled because then the visitor sees its a custom form and no need to type so much to identify their interest
Unfortunately the portfolio does not have such an option, the only thing you can achieve is link a button which will show on all items to a contact page where they can contact you.
As I know Kalium has Contact Form 7 integration. I've found in a forum that Contact Form 7 can do what I want. I just dont know where can I set up the form.
Yes, Kalium supports Contact Form 7 and the integration of it is quite simple. You start by creating the form in Contact Form 7 and then copying the shortcode which can be used wherever you want. Here is an example of creating a contact form and including it to a page, you can do the same and the difference is that you include it in the portfolio item:

Hey there,
As I know Kalium has Contact Form 7 integration. I've found in a forum that Contact Form 7 can do what I want. I just dont know where can I set up the form.

For example the [_url] tag could be good for me.
Any suggestion how to use CF7 with Kalium?
Thanks,
Gabor
