You can add/remove etc your menu items in the WordPress dashboard > Appearance > Menus area. And then to choose the header layout and options you can do that in the Laborator > Theme Options > Header and Menu area.
As for the footer, you have footer options in the Laborator > Theme Options > Footer area. Also, you can add footer widgets in the WordPress dashboard > Appearance > Widgets area.

I want to change the phone number and email address in the black band across the top of the home page and also to change the content in the footer of the Home page. Could you tell me how to do that?

Many thanks...I went into the Slider Revolution area but can see only the three slides that are in the slider at the top of the page, whereas I want to insert a photo in the downpage space highlighted in the attached.
Regarding point 3, I'd like the heading and subhead on the About Us page to be the same font size as on the Services page (see screenshots).
One other point. The images on the project section on the home page, link to their own pages. Can you tell me where I can access them to edit?

3— That is normal, when you click a project image, it sends you to that project page. If you want to send users to another URL then you have that option in the Parameters and Options > Project Link (see video).
3— You can change the yellow color in your Laborator > Theme Options > Theme Styling > Custom Skin > Link Color.
Then are some other areas where we have made some CSS changes for the Construction demo to make it more special and you can find them in this area (Appearance > Style Editor > style.css) section in the left admin menu and to change the yellow color you can change all the codes where you see this

the #f7c016 is the HEX color code for that yellow we're using, add another color that you want to use.

1a— You can change that Top Bar area by navigating to Laborator > Theme Options > Header and Menu > Top Bar. See video: https://d.pr/v/h7cJPL

2— You have that option in the Theme Options > Portfolio Settings > Portfolio Page > Information under portfolio item title.
