    Hi,

    The theme is giving me a lot of issues regarding notification confirmations that is being white font and not visible. It happens with dropdown menus as well.  It adds the CSS code ":focus" affecting all my themes and plugins. This a huge problem and it needs to be addresses ASAP.  I have attached some screenshots for you.

    if you use my pricing form and fill it out you can see this problem upon emailing the quote and also in the drop down menu.

    Hi there,

    I have fixed the problem with dropdowns by adding this CSS to Custom CSS:

    .ddcommon .ddTitle {
        color: #297ac1;
    }

    Then I checked the popups and they seem to be showing fine, I tested them twice and got the same result as below:

    thank you Art! When you submit the pricing form by filling it out the notification email that says, “thank you for submitting your quote” is still white and not showing up. Is this css supposed to fix that issue as well?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    I have added this CSS to Custom CSS:

    .df-scc-euiModal .df-scc-euiModal__flex p {
        color: #1e73be;
    }
    .df-scc-euiModal .df-scc-euiModal__flex a {
        color: #dd9933;
    }

    And now the modal text is not white anymore, please note that this is not a theme issue as you are using a 3rd party plugin which is not optimized with our theme and that is why these issues happen.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    than you Art! I received this email from the plug-in developer when I asked the same question.

    Developer: The best way to know what's a problem with the theme or not, is by judging the difference between the Calculator Form Premium you see in the backend and what you see on your website on the frontend. Our backend preview only loads our CSS and JS resources. So, if it works well in the backend, it indicates there are no bugs on our end. Once, the calculator form is our your frontend, whatever behaviour problems you have will be associated with your theme.

    Hi again,

    Here is a complete list of compatible and tested plugins that work flawlessly with the theme:

    https://documentation.laborator.co/kb/kalium/kalium-supported-and-compatible-plugins/

    In this list is not this plugin which means it has not been tested with the theme and that is why it is showing these kind of style glitches, but no worries since they are small issues.

    Thank you Art! I was wondering if you are able to recommend a plugin that is able to make forms (exact form on my website) and calculation as the same time? I have "stylish calculator" but unfortunately I don't like their costumer support. This is why I have used you guys for the longest time, since you guys have a great costumer support.

    Any recommendation would be great. I'm not sure if your department makes forms like the one on my site?

    Thanks,

    Eddie

    Hi Eddie,

    To be honest we do not have any plugin we recommend as we have never tested such type of plugins. I did a little search and found out this plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/cost-calculator-builder/

    It does not have the best reviews but it seems to be free, and the author is also a known ThemeForest (trusted) author so I don't know if they continue to develop and support this plugin.

    P.S: If you like our theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on ThemeForest from your Downloads tab.

    A huge thank you from Laborator in advance!

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
