Premium plugins don't allow theme authors to give customers their license number, so on each premium plugin (such as Slider Revolution and Layer Slider) update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, so clients can simply update them by navigating to Appearance > Install Plugins.
You never need to purchase any premium plugins that come with our theme, you can purchase them only if you need their support or want to use their extra features.
Thanks for your advice. But sadly I got an error status 500 and I try to check out why.
When I’m trying to install the demo “Main” I get this error. The error occurs every time I try to install a demo with the content “sliders”. All other demos are working and the import is no problem…
So I thing the slider is a problem. Also it’s not possible to import the point “Products” for the “Main” demo…
I'm a bit confused. So, are you having problems importing the demo or activating the Slider Revolution plugin please? Can you be more specific or send me a video of your problem?
Also please share your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this live.
To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
Sorry for the late response. This is clearly a problem that is caused by the server. Can you please send me your FTP credentials so I can read your error logs if there is any error registration?
Also, can you lower your PHP version from 8.0.14 to 7.4 for example?
Hello,
I ordered the theme with the included plugin Slider Revolution. Sadly I can't activate this plugin.
As outlined here https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/where-to-find-purchase-code/?utm_source=admin&utm_medium=button&utm_campaign=srusers&utm_content=findkey
I have to go to the Revolution Slider tab in WordPress and enter the purchase code. Sadly I get the error that the code is not valid!
Best and thanks
Peter
