    Hi,

I was sent a message on back end of wordpress to install required plug in for the theme. The update failed and page turned to bunch of codes. Can you please advice what could be the problem and if you can kindly help me to fix it.

    Many thanks

    Hi Fariba,

It seems that your WPBakery Page Builder is disabled. Please just go to Plugins area and activate WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ylli,

There is a bigger problem. Those plug ins don't get installed. I am sure there where working before but they stopped. When I tried to install them, it looks like it works, and gets activated but then when I go to "installed plugins" tab nothing appears there as installed plugins. When I go and press the install plugins tab again I get an error message as the attached screenshot.

Please see attachments. There are one more portfolio plug in that is marked as essential but also that one can not be installed.

    Hi Fariba,

Please share your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this live.

To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Thanks!

    Hi Fariba,

I tested your site and it seems that your server is not allowing you to add files to your directories,

You can send your hosting provider this video: https://d.pr/v/Wg6IU7. In this video they can see that you also can't install a default WordPress plugin, so they can check this problem and fix the folder permissions etc on your server.

When server support fixes this problem you will be able to install plugins on your theme.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I am building an interior design website with Kalium theme. I like to be able to show before and after pictures. I do not know how I can do it. I found one example of it on your sample construction page. Can you tell me how it works?

    Many thanks,

    Hi Fariba,

We have used the Comparison Images in the Columned portfolio type there.

    See video: https://d.pr/v/94imNJ
