This should be the problem as the error you are getting while trying to import is a server side error (500), please let us know if the problem continues even after the limits have been increased.
I have managed to install the demo content of Main demo, now you can see it live in your site. In my first try it worked properly so it may have been the problem with the low PHP limits.
Dear support team.
I'm trying to install the Kalium demo main theme and every time I get the server error you see attached.
The theme is then installed but the slider does not work.
Please let me know how I can solve this issue.

You do not have the minimum requirements for installing theme demos, please check the Recommended PHP limits, it also shows a popup while importing:

I increased the limit by adding on the file wp-config.php the following line (see in the bottom):
and I see the time limit increased in the system status of the Laborator windows see attachment.
but it looks like I still have the same problem (I tried to re-install the demo and still the same error appear).

sorry, a short update.
The host replied to me and asked me to create a file .user.ini to put in the folder with the following info:
max_execution_time = 180 memory_limit = 128M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_input_time = 60
max_input_vars = 3000
so I deleted to line I added in the file wp-config.php
but looks like we still have the problem.
please let me know how we can solve it.
