Since the Fitness Demo which you are using in your site is a child theme, it has custom CSS to achieve the styling it has then some parts of it are custom made. To change the footer background color you will have to go through Appearance > Editor and scroll to line 463 to change the CSS:
I have checked your site and it seems that the footer color has changed:
As I can see you are using a caching plugin, so make sure you clear the cache after each change because it will not automatically appear because of caching plugins.
Regarding the form field background, this is the line which you will need to change the color:
