1/ How to reorder Portfolio Categories? I don't want it to order by name.
2/ How to make "Lightbox" the default portfolio item type when adding a new one? I check the box in Lightbox section in Theme Options but still doesn't work.
3/ I want to split portfolio items into pages, already choose "normal pagination" type in Theme OptionsPortfolio but it still shows at nonstop scroll.

2— It seems that this is a bug on our end. I just wrote this on our to-do list so we can fix in the next theme version. Thanks!
3— Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to me so I can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.
