The author attribute has been added manually using custom coding, regarding the other attributes which are showing below the product such as Publisher, you can add how many attributes you want. If you don't know how to add attributes please follow this guide by WooCommerce:
In the Theme Options you will only view the default WooCommerce attributes such as SKU, tags and categories as the other ones are custom created attributes.

I have many attributes for each product (see sanstitre.png).
I cannot find these in the "Kalium shop settings" (see sanstitre2.png)
How can I add "custom" attributes in the theme, in order to display them (with hyperlinks), as in your demo store (see sanstitre3.png) ?
