We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
If not, please share your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this live.
To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

Sorry to have so many questions, but still need help with the new theme:
1/ How to make "Lightbox" the default portfolio item type when adding a new one? I check the box in Lightbox section in Theme Options but still doesn't work.
2/ I want to slpit portfolio items into pages, already choose "normal pagination" type in Theme Options\Portfolio but it still shows at nonstop scroll.
3/ How to reorder Portfolio Categories? I don't want it to order by name.
