    Hi,

    — You can add links in the Top Header Bar easily (see video: https://d.pr/v/AiyiOf).

    — As for the button in the area of the portfolio filters, we don't have an option to do that besides the buttons of the portfolio filters.

P.S: If you're looking for professional help in this matter, there's always someone available for such tasks on Codeable or WP Kraken website. Pricing and timeline are always straightforward there and that's the main reason for recommending those services.

    Thanks!

Thank you Ylli for your attention to this matter. Also, appreciate if you could let me know the way of changing the Font Size of Top Header Bar.

    One more issue:

I need to arrange 2 separate pages for News & Blog but after making the News as the primary page the Blog category use be used only as a link not a page.

Please advise how can I arrange it as a page.

    [EDIT]

Changing the Font Size of Top Header Bar is sorted out. Pls. kindly consider the Blog Page issue.

    Hi,

1— Happy that this is now resolved.

2—  For this question "I need to arrange 2 separate pages for News & Blog but after making the News as the primary page the Blog category use be used only as a link not a page"

I'm afraid that I don't understand it, can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to me so I can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.

3— Please provide your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.

To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

P.S: Please don't "bump" your ticket! ...as this will send your ticket to the bottom of the queue! Instead, edit a previous response to avoid posting twice in a row.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Hi Ylli,

I'll explain below again the 2nd issue for your easy reference.

    2. I need to arrange 2 separate Standard Pages for “News” & “Blogs”. Please see the below pages we could made already.

    News - https://www.colomboleads.org/news/

Blog - https://www.colomboleads.org/category/blog/ (This is not a standard web page)

Of course we can separate, “News” & “Blogs” with different categories and it is alright (categories – news, blog)

Problem – we require to maintain 2 different Standard Pages for “News” & “Blogs”,

For an example please see the below Standard Pages,

    https://www.colomboleads.org/about-us/

    https://www.colomboleads.org/projects-list/

    https://www.colomboleads.org/services/

    https://www.colomboleads.org/childhood-cancer/

Solution – Please instruct/advice to do 2 different Standard Pages for “News” & “Blogs” as the Standard Pages above.

We need to solve these 2 issues ASAP. Your immediate attention to this will be highly appreciated.

If we can communicate WhatsApp its much better and easy to solve the issues.

    Hi again,

2— So you basically want to have two Blog pages on your site, one of them to be called Blog and the other News. I searched and it seems that this is not possible (read here).

Anyway, one thing that you can do, is that when you create blog posts, you can add a category to them, so for example, you will create some posts that have the News category and some other that have Blog category.

Then you can add those categories to your menu (example https://www.colomboleads.org/category/news), as you have added the (https://www.colomboleads.org/category/blog) for the moment.

3— I will review all your screenshot numbers one by one:

    • Screenshot 1— Resolved.
    • Screenshot 2— That is happening because you have added those elements to the left area. So they are on the left for the mobile versions too. See video: https://d.pr/v/0HCwmO.

You can create elements of WPBakery Page Builder that will be valid only for Mobile or PC. To learn how to achieve that please see this video Responsive Control for Devices on the WPBakery Page Builder tutorials.

    • Screenshot 3— The same situation as in Screenshot 2. See video: https://d.pr/v/gpo7ig
    • Screenshot 4— The same situation as in Screenshot 2.
    • Screenshot 5— Resolved.
    • Screenshot 6— Resolved.
    • Screenshot 7— The same situation as in Screenshot 2.
    • Screenshot 8— Here are the options. See video: https://d.pr/v/9IuVfv
    • Screenshot 9— Resolved.

P.S: Support is not provided from the phone or WhatsApp You are in the right area because this is the official support area. You can expect a response within 24 – 48 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 1pm CET, but we usually reply within 24 hours. Questions will be answered in the order received.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Hi,

Screenshot 10— You can save them as templates so you can re-use them in other pages and then just make the necessary renames and image changes.

    See video: https://d.pr/v/lNVxDa

Screenshot 11— If you are talking about the original Blog page, WordPress doesn't allow blog page editing by default if that page is selected to be a blog post in the Reading > Posts page area, but there is a trick (see example video).

Screenshot 12— Sorry but I don't think that WPBakery Page Builder allows you options to add WPBakery Page Builder in the post categories area. For more info you can ask WPBakery Page Builder directly if there is a trick for it that we don't know.

Screenshot 13 and 14— I think that this option should do that. See video: https://d.pr/v/gSvp0N. Or your question was different?

    Have a nice day!

Thank you Ylli for your support. Please share the contact info of WPBakery Page Builder to communicate as you suggested below.

It will be a great great support for all the users, if the theme allow us to duplicate the "Portfolio" then we can overcome lot of barriers here.
