Please make sure you have entered the API key properly, if everything is set up fine then just make sure you have entered the Billing Information in Google as without the billing info it won't work.
No worries as it won't charge you, it is only for very big sites which does not apply to your site.
There is no issue with the Google Maps within the theme, are problems when the maps is not showing are because the API key is not set up properly or it has not been added properly.
Can you please post the API key and your WordPress login credentials so I can login and just give it a check.
The problem as supposed is with your API key or the billing account and not with the theme, please watch the video below to see that the map in your contact page is working fine after adding the API key I generated from my account:
Thank you for the update.I can give you access of our Google Cloud console. Can you please look into? I have spent lot of time and couldn't figure out. It would be really helpful.

Hi Siddharth,
I am sorry but that is beyond theme support, I can give it a short check but I can't promise I will fix anything.

Hi Art,
Can you share the email id who I can give access to?
Hi Siddharth,
I will reply to your ticket now because Art is out of office this week.
— When I go to your Contacts page and I open the browser console I can see that the Google Maps API is throwing this message:
You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project at https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable Learn more at https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started
See video: https://d.pr/v/j3hffg
So can you please enable Billing? Once you do that, the maps should work.
— Another method to add the map through an iframe is if you use the Google Maps element (see video).
Thanks!
Hi Ylli,
Thank you for the reply.
We have used the ifram option to add the maps. Thank you for your help.
Happy to hear that
Have a great day!
I will set this ticket as solved from here.
