1. I would like to change the color of the footer. I have already set the new color in theme option, but the change does not display: #f8f8f8 even if I save the changes.
2. Also would like to pull down the menu items in order they will be in the same "row" as the logo. I am attaching a picture of it. Is there any chance to make such amends on the theme's header?
3. I have also set a new background-color with CSS to the tabs, but I can not find where to change the color of the small triangle of the active tab and the new background-color to the hover.

1. The reason why the background color does not change is because you're using a child theme and it does have custom CSS under Appearance > Theme Editor where I have changed the background of the footer to #F8F8F8.
2. I have added this CSS to Custom CSS so the menu is not vertically centered now but it shows in the end of the box:
.header-block__item {
align-items: flex-end;
}
3. Here is the same situation as in your first answer, I went to Appearance > Theme Editor and searched for the color which was the arrow so I changed it to the desired one:

3— As I can see, WPBakery Page Builder doesn't allow any selector to change the arrow color in the hover only.

I understood your email, that you had already changed, what I wished to change :-)
Nr. 2 I can see on the website, but nr. 1 and 3 hasn't been changed as far as I can see. Did I misunderstand something?
Also there is another question from me, if you allow me to ask in this email and not open a new ticket for it:
There are 3 words which I can not translate to Hungarian. Attached you can find the pics of them.
The word "Category" is still in English https://centralaudit.hu/category/arbevetel-elszamolasa/ and "Newer post" and "Older Post" I remember translating it earlier, but the English words came back.
