I want a search field that can search at least the titles, preferably the full portfolio item descriptions and display as a portfolio layout. Do you know of anything that works well with laboratory portfolio? I’m thinking this one, but US$199 isn’t cheap just to test it…

You'll notice on my portfolio I've now got sub-categories built into the thumbnail display (which in my opinion should be the default format), as well as fixing the filter tab from breaking on multiple lines and added a dynamic side menu.

    Hi kona333,

With the default WordPress search you can search for titles and item description and that does work properly, for example you can check this word which is in one of your portfolio items:

The only thing here is that it does not show the search as portfolio grid but in the search template of the theme, is that the main feature you want (showing search results in grid)?

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hey,

Thanks for the reply. Yes if it could display in the normal portfolio style grid that would make it more usable.

    Hi again,

The theme search does not offer a grid system as I mentioned in my previous ticket the search results will show in it's own template, and regarding the plugin you mentioned we have not officially tested it with the theme so I cannot give you a proper answer on it's functionality and how it does work with Kalium.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
