    Hi, i'd received an email saying that a plug-in have failed to update.. so now when i go to the page it seems to need a licence key or something to update it.. how can i do this?

    Hi,

    Premium plugins don’t allow theme authors to give customers their license number, so on each premium plugin (such as WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution and Advanced Custom Fileds PRO) update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, so clients can simply update them by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.

    We will update Oxygen soon and there will be the latest plugin updates.
