    Hello,

    I update kalium theme for this website and all my portfolios (lightbox) images have gone.

    Now I'm triying to create them again, but when I select:

    • Multiple Images & Video Gallery
    • Select images (and/or videos) to attach to this item lightbox.

    I cannot sellect any image...I clicked on that link but nothing happen.

    How do i add the images?

    Hi Ghalantina,

    We don't have this issue on our theme, and it should work for you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

    If the problem is not resolved, then please  send me your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.

    To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Hi Maria,

    Problem solved by installing the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin that is offered by our theme.

    Please go to Plugins area now and delete those plugins:

    • Advanced Custom Fields
    • Advanced Custom Fields: Flexible Content Field
    • Advanced Custom Fields: Repeater Field

    and keep only the:

    • Advanced Custom Fields PRO

    Thank you so much. I didn't know i needed that plugin. it's been 4 years since we updated this website.
