Can you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase server limits for you so we can import the demo?
You can send them this message:
Dear host,
I’m running Calcium theme on one of your servers and this theme has recommended using at least PHP 5.6 or higher. WordPress, the content management system that Kalium uses, has listed PHP 7.3 as the recommended version on their requirements page: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements
Can you please let me know if my hosting supports PHP 5.6 or higher and how I can upgrade?
Also please increase those limits to a minimum as follows: max_execution_time = 180
memory_limit = 128M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_input_time = 60
max_input_vars = 3000
How can I import the demo content into the Calcium Theme?
Thanks in advance!
Christoph
Hi Christoph,
I will try to import the demo for you. Please send me your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and try that.
To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
Thanks!
