I am really new to all of this and thought I had my site ready to publish (I'm using a subdomain to make a site before transferring it to the main URL) but it all looks awful in mobile view.

Columns are overlapping, and headers are too large and oversized for the screen. Images only display a section. I am totally lost. I have looked at meta viewports etc but really need some help now. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I wanted to use WpTouch but it says incompatible. And I have disabled jetpack, but I can't see any difference.

I haven't published the site yet so if you need access you'll have to tell me how to do that.

    {"wp":{"use":false,"adminUrl":"https://staging.groundcarelandscape.com/wp-admin","username":"","password":""},"ftp":{"use":false,"url":"","port":"","user":"","password":"","path":""}}

    Hi finlitchfield,

Please send me your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.

To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Thanks!

Can I give you my Bluehost login?

Is there another way I can get you access? I really need help

    Hi finlitchfield,

Your error doesn't seem to be a login error but yes you can give me your Bluehost account so I can try to login to your site from your Bluehost.

    Thanks!

    Hi finlitchfield,

I am able to log in now, thanks.

But I don't see any problem with the mobile view besides the logo that I decreased the size for the mobile view on your Theme Options.

    See video: https://d.pr/v/PNdhgn

    Thanks!

I only see problems on your Contact page (see video). And that is happening because you have added a very big font on your theme and haven't added sizes for tablet and mobile modes (see example).

And also in one of the WPBakery Page Builder elements, you added 100 px for left and right margins.

You can create elements of WPBakery Page Builder that will be valid only for Mobile or PC. To learn how to achieve that please see this video Responsive Control for Devices on the WPBakery Page Builder tutorials.

    Thanks!

    Hi finlitchfield,

We have done a layout like that on this page but with a different method: https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/main/services-2/

    See video: https://d.pr/v/borw1r

Please do it the way we did or if you prefer to leave it as it was then you can create a separate design for mobile devices as you can see from the article that I send to you yesterday.

    Thanks!
