errors in uploading demo content

    Hi,

    When following all the steps as per the video of uploading my theme, I get errors saying the content and widgets could not be uploaded. 

    Please see screenshot, and id love some help.

    Which demo you are trying to import please?

    Please send me your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this. To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Hi Inga,

    With the help of Fastdev plugin, I can see that WordPress memory limit is 40 and it is recommended to be 256. Please contact your hosting provider about this and once they increase this limit you can completely reset your WordPress by using this plugin WordPress Reset (By WebFactory Ltd) and then activate the theme and try to install demo-content again.

    If you still have a problem then I will re-check this again for you.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the help.

    I had the team of my hosting add more memory for me, but the error still occurred. 

    Is there any other reason this might be happening?

    Hi Inga,

    I have checked your site and wanted to let you know if you want to install Multilingual Aurum demo you should have WPML plugin installed and active. 

    Do you have WPML subscription to download the translation plugins that make your site multilingual?

    I can install the demo content for you if you activate the WPML plugins.
