1. Add this CSS to Custom CSS:

2. Unfortunately that is not possible.

3. If you leave the image size field empty it will use the default value so I have set the image size to 720x877:

And to center the team members title and description below the image, add this CSS to Custom CSS: 

.member-details {
    text-align: center;
}

4. It's up to you on how many products you want to show in the shop, you can do that under Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog:

And the reason why there are not showing more products when the shop auto-reveals is the use of AJAX in Product Filter which will cause conflicts with theme scripts and it will block the scripts from loading properly, so if you disable it:

It will work fine again.

5. It is not recommended to use the portfolio items plugin for showing products as it is only for portfolio items, anyway I have just used -1 instead of ALL and it is now showing all the items:
