    Hi there,

I was setting up my shop which I had thankfully not made public yet when I got a notification to update Woocomerce to its latest version. My site crashed and I am unable to re-activate woocommerce without the site crashing. I was wondering if your theme is compatible with the latest Woocommerce version? Just checking if that is what may be causing the problem.

    Best,

    Elena

    Hi Elena,

Kalium is compatible with WooCommerce 5.0 and today we will release an update for WooCommerce 5.1 but that doesn't mean it will crash and not work with 5.1 as we have tested it in our demo sites and the new version runs smoothly and there is no major change from the previous version. There must be an error during the update process that caused the issue on your site. Could you please let us know on which website you're having this kind of issue and if possible include the credentials if they different from the previous ones you entered.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi there,

I have updated the theme to the latest version and then I activated WooCommerce, after I have activated it immediately caused a critical error on your site:

    medium

It seems that during the update of WooCommerce something went wrong and the update was stopped and this cause the site to crash. Could you please try removing WooCommerce completely by deleting it and re-installing the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
