I am not sure if I have understood your question properly, but if you're saying that this demo (https://demo.kaliumtheme.com/fashion/) does not have the portfolio activated it is because we have not added it there and it is really easy adding it, all you have to do is install Portfolio Post Type plugin which will show under the recommended under Laborator > Plugins
