I would like to add a video at the end of the "gallery" for each product. It doesn't seem to work with external plugins because of the way the gallery works on this template. I would like to know if there is an easy way to add MP4 videos using the HTML5 video tag?

Hi Ludovic,
Unfortunately adding videos to product images is not possible through WooCommerce options as they do not have this option for free, they are selling a plugin which enables this feature:

There are also other plugins which may be cheaper and can work with WooCommerce to add videos instead of images for products.
