1. It is not possible to add or remove fields from the default contact form of Kalium, for that we recommend using one of the supported free plugins such as Contact Form 7 or Ninja Forms to create a contact form with all the fields you want to use.
2. To change or translate theme strings we recommend using Loco Translate plugin, this theme is also used if you want to change any theme string, to do this please follow this guide:

But instead of adding another language, add the actual language you are using in your site (English) and search for the string you want to replace.
