Since this is a child theme it has custom CSS and to change it go to Custom CSS and add this CSS to change the two colors which you mentioned:

The CSS for all the customized parts is located under Appearance > Theme Editor if you select the style.css of Kalium - Construction theme, so you can change it there directly. 

1. From Theme Editor area, scroll to line 125  and change the highlighted color:

3. To change the footer background color, scroll down to line 313 and edit the highlighted colors:

2. In your admin dashboard go Slider Revolution on the left sidebar, from there select the only slider (if you have not  created another) and follow the steps in the image below:

Huh, so many questions so I will try to be specific on each of them.

4. The background color of the contact page comes from the skin and is applied to the whole site:

5. That's not possible with Kalium.

6. Add this CSS to Custom CSS:

7. Add this CSS to Custom CSS:

.blog .wrapper {
    background: #EEE;
}

8. You can select if you want them to be in the link color (set in Theme Styling), light or dark and you cannot select the color you want:

12/13. To translate theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don't have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.

1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click "New Language" for the current active theme (if you didn't created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w

Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ

After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.
