Why is WPBakery Editor not used when creating posts

    Hi,

    I have not been dealing with creating posts and therefore was surprised when an author pointed out that the WPBakery Editor is used when creating pages and portfolio items, but not when creating posts.

    I checked on another site where I used the Kalium template; same there: WPBakery Editor is not used when creating/editing posts.

    From my point of view the WPBakery Editor should also be available when working with posts.

    Can you please assist?

    Hi Jörn,

    That option is not enabled by default on the WPBakery Page Builder plugin but you can enable it easilysmile.png

    Thanks for the information.

    Is there a specific reason why this option IS NOT ENABLED by default?

    It does not make sense to me to use a visual editor all around the site but not in the blog area.

    Hi Jörn,

    I don't know exactly, maybe it is not recommended by WordPress because WordPress offers its own simple editor for Blogging purposes.
