I have discovered a mysterious problem with my site. I had a friend looking at it and we discovered the portfolio images aren’t fully loading on iPads for some reason. Only about half the image loads. I’ve confirmed they do load on an android phone and MacBook but not on a regular iPad or iPad Pro in multiple browsers. Other sites don’t have the same issue, so it doesn’t seem to be an operating system problem. Any clues on this mystery? I’ve attached an image.
Is the problem occurring only in this item or it occurs in other items as well? I tried it and it only shows on this item, can you try re-uploading the photo and see if the problem goes away.
Sadly, no, for us it's been that way for all portfolio items except the very first one. Oddly, where there are multiple images of a piece, it seems mostly the second images are okay, but the initial image stays partial. In case it would help, I just deleted and reloaded this image but it didn't help. I'm mystified. What do you think?
This does seem to be a server side issue, the images are not loading completely and this is not a known issue for Kalium theme. We have had previously some users who had this issue as the images didn't load completely and when we checked the issue it was coming from the server.
