    Hi,

We've been experiencing some issues with the loading of our landing page (tautasdziesmas.com). In some browsers, the background image and the iPhone image don't appear when first loading the page. The issue is usually fixed when the page is refreshed. Is there a way to fix this?

I've attached an image of what it currently appears as when first loading the page.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Can you please share your WordPress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this live.

To include your credentials click the Insert Credentials button in the editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.

    Hi,

I think that this was happening because of the "WP-Optimize - Clean, Compress, Cache" plugin that you have installed. By deactivating this plugin I think that your problem will be solvedsmile.png

    Thanks!

    Hi Ylli,

    Thanks for your quick replies.

I actually only installed that plugin recently, when I was trying to fix the issue myself (before contacting Laborator Support).

So, unfortunately that didn't fix it. On some browsers (eg. Firefox & Safari), it still appears as previously upon first loading of the page. See attached screenshot.

Let me know if you require any further details from my end.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

That can happen while the slider is loading on your browser, I tested this on three browsers and they worked just fine.

You can change your lazy-loading method (see video) and also you can edit pre-loader color and pre-loader spinner too (see example).

    Thanks!
