Have you updated WooCommerce or any other plugin to a version which the theme is not compatible yet? If yes then please roll-back using any plugin, do not update crucial plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder or WooCommerce without checking if the theme has released an update with that version compatibility, usually there are small updates from these plugins but once they change a lot of files this will cause an dysfunctional site.
I was able to get into your site by using TunnelBear, do you have any staging site where we can do tests because as I can see you're using many plugins and I will have to test them one by one to switch them off and then see where the problem is coming from. This is not a known theme issue and none of the users have reported it yet.
He said that you will need to check the PHP error log to see why it is not processing your orders.
P.S. I would recommend you remove many of the plugins if you're not using them. There are 30 plugins active which I would not recommend to anyone as they will slow down the site speed and cause many conflicts with each other.

If you don't see the update in Envato Market you can also update it manually, to update it manually simply drag the oxygen.zip file to Appearance > Themes upload section and then it will recognize that this is an update.

The Changelog says 5.6 but on Oxygen Main Page there is 5.7 ?

I updated the theme and woocommerce. the first order went trorugh without problems. With the second the same problem came again. how is that possible?

You can't blame the theme when you have 30+ plugins running in your site, the theme is running perfectly and nobody has reported the same problem yet.
