    Hi,

I'm trying to use the gridbuilder in WPBakery (who advise I contact you, as it ships with a theme in this case) but I'm unable to make it link to the default Kalium lightbox.

The template consists very simply of a post image with no hover effects.

If I tell the image to link to the default theme lightbox, nothing happens.

If I tell the whole box to link to the lightbox, the pointer recognises that there's a link there, but nothing happens.

Looking at the Console in Devtools, I get the following error when I click on the image:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'match' of undefined
        at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> (main.min.js?ver=3.1.001:32)
        at Function.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at n.fn.init.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at HTMLAnchorElement.i (main.min.js?ver=3.1.001:32)
        at HTMLAnchorElement.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)
        at HTMLAnchorElement.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)

Can you advise on how I can fix this, please?

    Hi Tobias,

I see that this issue is related to our theme, but I need to login to your site and see how this template is configured and also check the JS error so I can give you a solution.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Hi Tobias,

I've created a new grid builder template which I've configured to work with Kalium's lightbox as can be seen here:

    https://www.themaleescortagency.com/test-grid-builder-gallery/

All I did is a blank template with modified Normal State:

    medium

I hope this works fine for you.

    That's brilliant, cheers Arlind.

Very odd though! I figured that the difference may have been that where your grid was a brand new one, and the one I used (that wasn't working) was a copy of an existing one, the problem may have been there.

I did another test - selecting one of the media grids, choosing to "modify" (thereby creating a clone), and editing that accordingly. I couldn't replicate the problem.

Maybe it was a one-off error in the copy process or something at the back end. If I could remember which grid I originally copied I'd try and replicate it to narrow the problem further. I don't like leaving issues like that unresolved :P

Nonetheless - preparing the grid from scratch seems to have solved the problem, so thank you for that! If it comes up again I'll let you know.

    Many thanks

    Toby

I am glad to hear that Tobias!

The problem was that the featured image was not selected as background image and our lightbox failed to get the image URL to show in lightbox so it thrown a JS error.

Anytime when you need help feel free to create a ticket and I'll be happy to assist you.

    Have a great day.

P.S: If you like the theme, it would help us a lot if you could give us a five-star rating on Themeforest from your Downloads tab.

A huge thank you from me and Laborator in advance.
