    Hello,

After I installed the theme, I started to play around with the options and tried to load in demo. While loading the demo, it cannot complete the task with the theme error: theme option import file is not valid and error 504 gateway.  On the other hand, when I play around with options trying to create my own design, it appears as code instead of function. Been deleting and re-installing the themes for several times already. Can you please help me? Thank you!

    Hi crazyraining,

Can you please share your WordPress and FTP credentials because I need to login to your site and test this. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how)

    Thanks!

Sorry I'm not sure about my FTP info as I am currently out of the country and couldn't log in to namecheap or EasyWP to check. Is WP's credential enough? Thank you!

    Hi crazyraining,

You have install Kalium in top of another theme that you where using. If you want I can reset your WordPress installation and install Kalium on a fresh WordPress install for you.

If you want to do that then please tell me which demo of Kalium you want to import too.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ylli,

You are a life saver! Thank you so much!

Can you please reset my WordPress installation and just install the Kalium for me? I'd like to stick with the simple One-Page landing demo.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi crazyraining,

I just imported Landing demo for you now. Please see on this video (https://d.pr/v/G292Bc) what I did.

Now you just need to register your theme again by going to Laborator > Registration page.

    Have a nice day!

P.S: If you enjoy our theme, you can head over to your Downloads tab and give it 5 stars. We will love you forever.

    Hey Ylli,

Sorry to bother you with the similar issue.

After playing around the theme, I also imported some other demos to have fun: Main, Photography, and Wedding, and more.

While the "code" problem doesn't appear anymore, I was manually changing the Menu link to hopefully achieve the magic you've done for me. But it didn't work as perfect as I thought it'd be.

With most of the images/contents didn't render somehow and some menu pointers are off. I think I am still installing a theme (demo) on top of the other theme (demo). Can you teach me how to install the contents properly? Is there a way to figure out how to fix the menu for each theme without bothering you?

(Also, should I completely remove the demo before installing another?)

    Thank you so much!

    Hi crazyraining,

You can't import more that one demo because your content will be mixed up.

You can reset your WordPress installation by using this plugin WordPress Reset (By WebFactory Ltd) and then activate the theme and try to only one demo-content that you like to start to build your site.

Then you have WPBakery Page Builder elements to extend your site to with other elements that you ned for your website.

    Thanks!
