After deactivating a plug-in, the font size went smaller for the top menu. I've been unable to select bigger sizes in Typography. After deleting the plug-in still the same issue. I also then upgraded the theme. Any thoughts?
The plugin is evidently LMS which when switched off offers faster page speeds load times so I've decided to get rid of it, except when I deactivate or delete it leaves a smaller menu font size. When reintroduced the menu is once again the default size.
Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.
Also please send me your Wordpress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how) so your reply will be private.
I send you the video to tell you the areas where you can change your font-sizes and also add the selectors that you need to change the font-sizes of areas that you want.
Hi, Yes I have followed that and set different font sizes but including 60 pixel for the main header but I see no changes. Also the same issues when I deactivate the plugin.
[EDIT]
The fonts have changed on my site on the main page. As below. These are now going on two lines. I will have to restore from a back -up. Not good. We need to find out what happened here as I didn't make any font changes that I know of.
Group & 1:1 | Location | Portfolio Guidance | Theme Building | Project Mentoring | Programs for Leaders | Retreats | Showcasing | Free Tutorials | Videos
[EDIT]
So, I've restored a back up from early this morning, so your delete has ben undone. Can you do me a favour and go in and deactivate the plugin and see what it does to the main top menu so you can see for yourself.
[EDIT]
Also, just a thought, but would the duplicate font you deleted be causing extra code slowing down load times as I've been getting poor results in GTMetrix.
Hi, It's playing fine now as I have put Rocket on 'safe' mode, but in this mode I guess it's less helpful to page speed improvements. The customised settings I had before were working Ok until the changes you made yesterday. Then sometimes the 'courses' page was showing formatting issues or the 'workshops' page. Never both together and only on Chrome. I've tried re-introducing some of the CSS and JS settings little by little to see what happens but it still caused a problem so hence the safe mode.
The issue has migrated to another page 'workshops' as seen in the screengrab. Rocket has been deactivated. The issue only appears in Chrome not Safari.
I don't see any problem on that page (see my video), what problem do you have there please?
P.S: Please don't "bump" your ticket! ...as this will send your ticket to the bottom of the queue! Instead, edit a previous response to avoid posting twice in a row. Thanks for your understanding.

It also effects the site name "Creative Camera'.

Hi,
Please see this video: https://d.pr/v/4UTfxP
Thanks!
Ok, I see you've deleted something in typography but the issue remains when I deactivate the plugin.

Hi wheelsacrossmorocco,
Here is how you can find the selector and add it to your Typography area:

Thanks!
Many thanks. I've deleted the plugin. Can you check on this page for example, as I'm getting unusual formating:

I have disabled plugin Rocket and now the issue has gone. Will try to recativate the plugin and try again.
