Sorry but an option like this to change the logo url on mobile doesn't exist in our theme or on Wordpress by default.
Maybe there is a plugin that enables this functionality but I don't know any for the moment.

When I click to the site logo, it will direct me to site's URL. I would like to change logo's URL to different URL, same as on table and mobile site.
Also, I could not change URL link on Wordpress : Sitting --> General --> "Site Address (URL)" because its will effect to my another plugin.
