    Hi Bonitamona,

    Everything will work the same if your support expire but you won't be able to create tickets if you need to.

    You can also extend your support subscription (read more).

    Sorry but the only way to contact support is if you purchase a support package. This rule is for all the authors on ThemeForest and not just for us.
