Can you please share your site credentials here, because we need to login to your site and see if we can do something about it. Your information is safe (private) in this thread.

I checked it out but unfortunately it is not possible by WPBakery Page Builder to show the whole description, so you can show only the excerpt as it is.
The element you're using (Post Grid) is a WPBakery Page Builder element and not native to the theme so it is not something we can help you with, anyway I logged in and checked the options available with the post grid button, there is no place where you can select the post to go in the comments section.
Through the theme it is not possible to add a button that will scroll you directly to the comments, using the Post Grid element you can make many changes to the blog post and control how it looks but as I could see there is no way to add what you want to achieve and we do not control that since it is a functionality of the page builder plugin.
