In this portfolio page I can't go on to the next project beacouse the "next project button" is not clickable.

How I can fix it?

That is happening because one of the projects is first and the other is the last one in order.
You have all the available option in the Theme Options > Portfolio Settings > Single Page area:
(view on a new page)
