    Hi,

    I'm looking for a way to change what appears in Google searches. I've attached an screenshot of what I'm referring to. You can see for the link to my home page, it has an excerpt from a blog post. I'd like to change that. 

    It doesn't look like there's a way to put a meta description for non blog posts. Or is there not too much I can do about this and this is just what Google pulls?

    You can install Yoast SEO plugin for more advanced SEO features in your site.
