Content Below (Static) — default, the content will show below the header.
Over the Content (Absolute) — usually used for sliders, when the header will show above the slider.
So it seems that in this portfolio item (Parameters and Options) or in general settings (Theme Options > Header Settings) the header settings are set to Absolute.
The Header Position in General Settings is currently set to "Content Below (Static)", and the portfolio item is inheriting this value. I must set each item to "Content Below (Static)" in order to work...

I saw the issue happening only once in your site and then suddenly I cannot replicate it again, no matter on which browser I try the site loads properly even after setting the settings to default in the portfolio item options:

Yes, that's because I set it for the single item. The inheritance doesn't work and that's the problem...
