Hi there. I use Kalium as a portfolio theme. I use the portfolio post functionality but some posts (e.g. https://janpeterthompson.co.uk/portfolio/pizza-neopolitan/) I want to show the thumbnail and title on the portfolio page and homepage, but don't actually want to link to the post. Is there a way to do that? Many thanks, Jan
Hi Jan,
You can do that by editing the portfolio item you want to disable the link, scroll down to Parameters and Options and follow the instructions in the image below:
Make sure you set the link as hashtag # and then select the item to be redirected to the link.
Best regards,
Laborator Team
Hi Art, thanks for your reply, but don't think has fixed it. What I'm talking about is the project previews on the portfolio page, not the link inside the portfolio post. I want to disable the link to one portfolio post so you can't click through to it from the homepage/portfolio page. So on this page (https://janpeterthompson.co.uk/) you can't click the preview box or link to the "Extra Nutty Bread" post.
Hi Jan,
It may seem that it is for the single portfolio only, but if you apply what I have instructed will disable the link of a specific item in portfolio page, so please follow these instructions and you will see that the item is not clickable, even though the cursor will be the same but it won't link anywhere because of the hashtag (#).
Best regards,
Laborator Team
Thanks Ant, that helped but now those projects where I have disabled the link seem to link to another random portfolio post... e.g the 'nutty bread' post link on homepage leads to a different post - https://janpeterthompson.co.uk/
