Kalium just updated and now there's something strange going on with a plugin I use called Restrict Content Pro. I've contacted Restrict Content Pro as well about this, but I'm also reaching out to Kalium support.
Maybe it's a new feature. It just seems like an odd feature. When members now login to their account for my site, they have access to WordPress documentation and support, WordPress events. I see if I uncheck the show toolbar option it goes away. Then there doesn't seem to be a way to get it back.
This is not something new as it has always been visible, and you don't need to be concerned about it as if users can view the documentation or support of WordPress there is nothing suspicious about it and they cannot do any harm, these information appear to every WordPress user.
If the plugin which you're using disables this toolbar and information then you will have to contact the plugin support as Kalium does not have to do anything with it.
It has not always been visible. It just started yesterday after the update. I know that for sure. I noticed it because I have an account and I had members message me asking what it is saying they've never seen it before. Just to confirm we're talking about the same thing, I don't mean members like admins to my website. I mean random people who have an account to access additional content on my website--members to my subscription service.
But yes, it looks like no harm can be done on their side. It's just strange how it provides documentation and support for WordPress, tells them WPForms is disabled, and has links to WordPress events. They don't care about WordPress. They just want access to the additional content I provide. If nothing can be done, that's fine. Just odd how it shows some information as if they're running the website.
I have misunderstood you regarding the user roles and when the top bar shows, but this is not something Kalium handles so when it is a WordPress setting or feature there is not something we can do about it. I found this article (dates back to 2014) which explains how to remove the admin bar for all users except administrators.

I've attached some screenshots.
