To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)
The problem was related to WooCommerce, it seems that in the version you were using there was a problem with the attributes so updating WooCommerce to the latest version (see release notes), we have also updated the theme to the latest version.
To verify that the new authors and other attributes are showing I have added some Test authors and a test language which you can delete now.
As I add books, som authors appear on the author list at the right sidebar of the shop homepage and some not appear at all. What happen with them?
