It seems a problem with the skin (colours) and not with the sub-menus, the text color is white and so is the background. Have you checked the skin of the menu to see if you have set it to default, I wanted to check it but there are no credentials for that site and it is on maintenance mode so users cannot see it.
I have added this CSS to Custom CSS and now the menu links show properly:

You are using an old version of our theme 3.0.6, the latest version for the moment is 3.0.7 (read release notes), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Laborator > Plugins.
