    Hi guys,

first of all thank you for this kind theme.

Just wrote this blog post. It's a "listicle" and I would like to layout it as a grid as attached, like this "flexbox" thing. (I'm not a coder) Because I don't like this floating text around the pictures.

Is there a chance for me without violating your theme and without coding?

    greetings from Bielefeld, Germany

    Hi Wojtek,

Can you please install Classic Editor plugin and continue to create your blog pages with that editor? That's because Gutenberg editor seems to have some big problems for the moment.

    Thanks!

    Hi Ylli,

    installed it.

I can see some block elements in the code, see attached. I don't know if that does matter.

I could use tables to align the items in a grid. Is it a good Idea?

    Hi Wojtek,

Yes it is a good idea too.

As for the block elements code, that was happening because Gutenberg editor has added them.

    Thanks!

    Hey Ylli,

back to my initial question: How can I avoid the floating? and layout in the grid as illustrated in my first attachment?

    two thoughts:

    1. in the classic editor I can't see any opportunity to build tables.
    2. How does it help deinstalling the Gutenberg editor? Is it a general preference while using your theme?

    kind regards

    Hey again,

found a plugin for grid columns. issue 1 solved. ;-)

on a mobile the floating is ok for me. but that's beyond my abilities. maby I'm to demanding.

It would be fancy, if the wpbakery plugin could be applied on blog posts, too. Wouldn't it be?

Ylli, if you have no more advice for me, let's close this ticket.

    Thanks for your time

    Hi Wojtek,

    — Our theme supports Gutenberg too but a lot of users still prefer Classic Editor because it seems that Wordpress didn't get the Gutenberg plugin right this time, it is improving over time but not quite ready.

    See ratings: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/gutenberg/reviews/

    — Yes you can add WPBakery Page Builder elements on your blog posts too but this option is not selected by default on this plugin. To enable that functionality please do this (see video).

    Have a nice weekend!

Sorry for my endless questioning but here is another one. I hope it helps you too. as user feedback?

Used the wpbakery to edit my post here because I wanted a CtA element. Now the button looks different and I see no option for styling. and I miss the captions. What do you recommend here? rather the classic editor? or is this supposed as a second button in your styling?
