You are using an very old version of our theme 3.1.1, the latest version for the moment is 3.7, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update your theme is if you use Envato Market plugin (screenshot). When you connect Envato Market plugin you will see theme update prompt on the Updates tab of your Wordpress site.
After you update the theme, there is a chance that we also updated some of the plugins that we offer. To update those plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins.
You need to update WooCommerce plugin too because Aurum 3.7.0 works best and it's tested for the WooCommerce 4.4.1.
Then when everything is updated and if your problem is still happening (which it should not) please just send me working WP credentials again so I can test that carousel problem again. The old credentials that you send to me earlier are not working.

Yes I have updated WPBakery Page Builder plugin for you so when you update your theme you will not have problems
Please update every plugin and your theme to the latest version, WooCommerce too because Aurum 3.7 supports WooCommerce 4.4.1 too.

Thank you , we have updated the theme and the issue is not gone.
But I have one doubt, if I update the WooCommerce then there are few plugins which are not tested or compatible with new WooCommerce version.
Currently my store is working fine with current WooCommerce version, is it required to update the WooCommerce.
