WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution and Layer Slider are premium plugins that theme authors purchase extended licenses of them to be able to include those plugins on our theme for free. So you can use those plugins without any problem. Those plugins may offer some extra features that are activated only if you purchase a copy a those plugins. Then you also get the support for those plugins if you need support from the author.

are premium plugin( wp bakery, rev slider etc) a limited version or a full version?
I read in the doc i can't activate it with envato purchase code, then i think plugins are limited or free version? or not?
