    I'm working with some files locally and notice that if you have 

    <script src="assets/js/datatables/datatables.js"></script>

    imported onto your page - then modals do not function. any idea how to fix it?

    Hi Eliot,

    Can you please tell me the errors you get on Console so I can check where is the problem!

    The issue would be fixed if you use latest version of Data Tables I guess but I am not sure about that.
