Our site is not displaying the custom logo. I have uploaded a custom logo and set the options as follows and saved changes but the site isn't displaying the logo.
I have used inspect element in FireFox to compare this site with one that works and I see that for this site the div class is logo text-logo as shown
If I compare this with our other site which works I see that the div class is logo
I have tried unsetting and setting the options a number of times and nothing seems to change. Please can you let me know how to resolve this issue. I have tried setting transparent logo from No to Yes but there has been no effect.

I will have to work on your site by turning on and off plugins and other changes so I know where the problem is coming from as this is not a known issue.
Not sure I'd like to do that as the site is live. With the exception of the request for quote all other plug-ins are used on our bags-of-boos site many of which are network active. I have disabled the request for quote plug-in. I see that there is a text logo being displayed so I assume you made that change.
As I say all other plug-ins are functioning on the other site..
It's also worth mentioning is that the other main difference on this site is we run it in catalogue mode as we don't want online shopping available. Also we don't have customers logging on so My Account isn't within the menu options
In order to temporarily solve the Problem I've added a link to an image in the site brand field. When I use the custom logo image it is centered as the logo isn't full width so I've created an image that will do for the moment. That said, I don't understand why it's ignoring the custom logo as there is no difference in behaviour whether it's on or off :(
I am sorry but there is no other way to see where the problem is coming from as we do not have this issue in our demo sites so I will need troubleshooting by turning on and off plugins, so I can't see how I can help you locate the logo issue.
As most of the plugins are network activated I can't do that as our main site is operational with no problem and as I have found a solution will need to leave this for the time being

I've reactivated request for quote plugin as it seems to have made no difference disabling it
